S&P Dow Jones Indices took its leadership message to the next level with its bold “The One” campaign, which directly asserted the company’s leadership role in an unprecedented way. S&P DJI wanted to continue the leadership message and tone, while keeping its creative and messages fresh and delving deeper into what it offers investors around the world.

S&P Dow Jones Indices is the undisputed market leader in global indexing, transforming the way the world invests. Continually opening global markets, inspiring investment vehicles and making investing more accessible and efficient for investors, S&P DJI benefits the financial world across the spectrum and around the world.

That’s why we turned our campaign focus to the empowering nature of S&P DJI Indices. Our “S&P DJI can” campaign used a memorable, repeatable moniker and graphic element that boldly highlighted the benefit of the company to individual audiences, while also and unifying a diverse collection of images. The campaign spoke directly and conversationally — the tone of a familiar long-term partner.

Static and rich-media high-impact placements were used across leadership, trade and regional sites. The print campaign ran globally and regionally as full-page ad spread formats in leadership media, including The Wall Street JournalPensions & Investments and Intuitional Investor among others.

Through the campaign, we reinforced S&P DJI’s leadership while shifting the focus of the campaign to be about the reader — reengaging with established audiences and showing them how S&P DJI’s indices and innovations directly or indirectly address their needs. Creative units spanned investor of all levels around the world — bringing the conversation back to what these individuals and institutions want to achieve and energizing them with a feeling of empowerment.
